Upper Palace Teochew at TRX sets itself apart in their Chinese New Year offerings with individual fine dining sets

Sar Hor Fun, Street Food, Non-Halal
Cook Idea Sa Ho Fun dishes out Ipoh Style Hor Fun and Ipoh Style Chicken Rice in the Commercial and Residential Neighbourhood of Chai Leng Park, Perai and they definitely have put their own twist on their Sliced Apple with Asam. I discovered this restaurant about 5 years back, and have patronised it infrequently as I usually do not go to that area during its operation hours of 7 am to 8 pm. It has a nice ambiance, upscale furnishing, but no air-conditioning.
Food here is reasonably priced though it is priced slightly higher than a regular kopitiam.

What they dish out here at Cook Idea Sa Ho Fun is Succulent Pak Cham Kai (Steamed Chicken) with Ipoh Style Sa Hor Fun, (Soup, Dry) or Chicken Rice, sides of Prawns Dumplings in the soup, vegetable such as Bean Sprouts and the Sliced Apple with Asam pickle among them. The chili sauce provided is good.
Cook Idea Sa Ho Fun is my go to place if I need a Ipoh Style Sa Hor fun fix.
Street Parking can be found.
Open : 7am to 8pm.
