Yes, I do come to Starman Coffee for coffee a lot. It’s one of my happy places where they know my order as I arrive.

Today, I had a slice of Sourdough Toast with a Scrambled Egg. I had originally only wanted to have a cup of coffee but the aroma of the eggs just whetted my appetite. They toast their sourdough very lightly and some would find it under-toasted. However, it still has a crispy crust and chewy texture on the bread. The scrambled eggs is made runny, which is how I like my scrambled eggs.

So why is it that places with a full working kitchen cannot get scrambled eggs done correctly. The Starman Coffee team has only a small portable stove and pan to work with and yet they get the scrambled eggs done perfectly. I think it’s done to the passion of the crew to get things done well.

A simple yet enjoyable breakfast. Yes, I am biased too because they know my name and my order.

The cafe is very cozy and the staff are very kind. There is also parking space. The food and coffee are excellent. The price is good 😊👍
