I was at Bee'en, the newly opened Spanish restaurant in Arkadia, to try the Spanish delights there. One of the first impressions Bee'en left was its commendable efficiency in the kitchen. Dishes arrived promptly, with the first food item making a surprisingly swift appearance in just 10 minutes.
Salmon Ceviche
The Tuna Tataki played a safe tune, with the asparagus scoring points.
Stepping into the spotlight, the Gambas Al Ajillo showcased fresh prawns, stealing the scene with their flavourful dance of garlic and spices.
Croquettes de Brie
The Beef Tongue Ragu was alright.
The Serrano ham cold cut went well with the red.
The Unagi emerged as the undisputed winner, captivating palates with its distinctiveness. Earning unanimous approval, it stood out as the star of the evening.
The bottle of Altanza wine accompanied the meal gracefully, providing good value and complementing the Spanish fare. Special recognition goes to outlet manager Steve for ensuring impeccable service throughout the dining experience.
