Char koay kak is best eaten immediately. Taugeh goes limp when takeaway. So I plonked myself next to this brother at his stall Sea Park Wet Market and ate whilst he worked. It was drizzling a wee bit but it didn't matter. Now I know where to get my fix without going all the way to Penang. Stall opens in the morning.
