I had a taste of one of this year's New Year's dishes at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant in the five-star hotel of One World Hotel Petaling Jaya. First was the Dynasty Poon Choi. The chef uses 12 kinds of ingredients, including plump American Alaskan fresh scallops, vegetable garden chicken, 12 heads Abalone, fish floats, prawns, broccoli, chicken sausages, mushrooms, Nostoc fish eggs, oyster bean curd rolls, tofu puffs and white radish, for ten people.
