CNY 2024 - Day 9. Lunch at Seafood Legend Restaurant. Food was delicious!
Yee Sang was so refreshing mostly with fresh ingredients- crunchy!
Pork knuckles with abalone & broccoli was so good. Rather than the usual with mushroom, this was something different.
Roasted chicken with corns and almond flakes. When this dish was served, we were thinking, ehh so special, served this way. Once we started digging in, the corn and almond flakes with roast chicken combo was surprisingly tasty.
Lap Mei Fan (Waxed meat rice) was rice instead of glutinous rice which I had in earlier feast. This was yummy too and rice is kinder to the tummy and people can’t take glutinous rice.
Soup
Friend nian gao with yam wrapped in popiah skin was good too.
Longan
Overall food is delicious. Ambience and service were good. Definitely a restaurant we should frequent.
