Beef Noodles, Street Food, Non-Halal
Man Kee Beef Restaurant has built quite a reputation for itself as the place to get Hong Kong style beef noodles. For a price. A small bowl costs RM27 while a big one is RM36 with a mixture of beef and beef spare parts that consists of tendon and honeycomb beef tripe.

There are also two cuttlefish balls to lure you away from the beef. You can of course opt for individual parts to go with your flat rice noodle, wantan noodle or rice.
But is it good at Man Kee Beef Restaurant? Resolutely yes. The quality of the beef and beef parts are there. I especially like the fact that the beef tripe is braised thoroughly and this is easy to chew on. Not rubbery at all. Oh and the cuttlefish balls are really good and can seriously lure you away from the beef. These balls sell out fast. But it comes with a price with the bill at RM113 for two small orders, one small bowl of tripe and 3 drinks. The servers are very friendly and patient to run through your orders so it’s HK price but none of the HK cocky attitude. This is after all a HK eatery in Malaysia

They also sell egg tarts, Hainanese Chicken rice and etc. But my main objective was to try out their beef noodles.
