Late lunch as we check out Proof Pizza + Wine. Menu selections included other Italian dishes. We had the Chorizo and Mushroom truffle pizza. Good flavour. Lots of chorizo and salted just nice. Truffle was rich but could do with more of it. Felt wasn’t worth the price. Carbonara was creamy with 2 raw eggs! We also had the prawn fritters whose batter is pretty good.
