Ah Heng Curry Chicken Bee Hoon Mee Hong Lim is what I call an Ipoh style creamy curry mee with chicken. This stall is very popular with queues starting as early as 8 am. Variations of curry mee ( I know) are as follows; Penang white curry mee with blood cubes and siham, creamy Ipoh version with pakchamkai, KL and southern (JB) style with fishcakes n yongtaufoo (and siobak n charsiew in some outlets), and Singapore curry laksa with dried shrimp stock (Beach Road style).
