The Brasserie at St. Regis Kuala Lumpur Lunch
3 Course Lunch, Pork-Free
Description
Post by Chiefeater Jennifer Ong
We had 3 course lunch menu at The Brasserie at The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur. This is a menu that changes every 2 weeks.
We started with their Amuse-Bouche and Croissant Roll with Chicken Skin Butter. Thereafter, Duck & Foie Gras Torchon, Orange Cured Salmon and French Onion Soup (I changed from the Creamy Artichoke Soup). My favourite was the cured salmon paired with a glass of Argentinian Chardonnay 2010.

Then we went for the Truffle Chicken Breast for main and finish off with the Honey Semifreddo and Amatika 46% dessert. Good value for a 3 course lunch with a great ambience.
Editor’s Note
Priced at RM198++ per pax, it sounds like a good deal.
The + is for a 10% service charge and a 6% SST
