Dinner at Bistro Monologue Bukit Puchong

Chiefeater Kane Chong explored Bistro Monologue in Bukit Puchong for dinner, music, and a surprisingly solid night out

Western, Non-Halal
Meet Vincent Ooi, young engineer turned MasterChef of Uncle Ray’s Grill. His slogan is “You Chill, We Grill” – I love that! The grilled chicken thigh is succulent, thick and tender with fragrant lemongrass flavour – well marinated, can taste it in the meat. The Asian BBQ pork ribs is yummy with honey and Asian spices, fall off the bone tender and smoky. Ooh just found out the ribs are marinated 24 hours.

Meet Chef Vincent!

The drinks are well-made and overall the food is well-worth it.
Asian pork ribs – good serving of 3 sizeable ribs

Lemongrass grilled chicken

Blackpepper grilled chicken- notice the pickled cucumber. Best ever sides!

Lamb currynara pasta

Salmon with lemon dill – crispy skin and absolutely no salmon bones!

Hor kah sai – coffee & milo mix

Cham – coffee and tea mix

The place is cosy and well-managed with dad Ray and mom Vivien on the operations. Open from 10 am to 9.15 pm everyday except Monday. Came back again for dinner for the Pasta CurryNara Lamb, Salmon and Black Pepper Grilled Chicken – all so good!
