First stop at Mae Klong Seafood, a Michelin Select restaurant. it’s like a crab festival!

Reminds me of Mr. Krabs from Sponge Bob SquarePants.

In Penang, we need to move the omelette around to find the oysters; here is the other way round!

Fried rice (inside the thin egg layer), topped up with more crab meat!

Simple dish of stirr- fry cabbage with fish sauce ( nam pla )

Pu ob woonsen (glass noodles with crab meat). The spirit of this dish is the pork lard used as the cooking base)

Same with earlier fried rice version, this one is with instant noodles.
