Jamaica Blue GMBB, known for its coffee, was where I found myself for an early meal. Deciding to keep it simple, I ordered scrambled eggs with two pieces of toast and added a chicken sausage. Alongside that, a flat white seemed like the appropriate accompaniment to kickstart the day. Unfortunately, the meal left much to be desired. The scrambled eggs were overcooked, lacking that soft, creamy texture you hope for in a breakfast staple. The toast was unremarkable, failing to deliver that satisfying crunch. As for the flat white, it too fell short — bland and not nearly as rich as I had hoped.
