During the early days of February we found ourselves spending a few days at KL Sentral. RAWR was one of 2 places where I discovered I could have a decent cup of coffee. They may have a small outlet but they are big on cheer and enthusiasm.
Other than coffee, RAWR offers some pastries too. If you have been there before, you get 10% off your coffee on your next visit. Just show them a picture of your previous visit.
They are located directly opposite Kedai Kopi Malaya.
