Tried out this new restaurant :三希樓 San Xi Lou -Gurney Paragon.

Ordered their double mix plated (roasted goose & roasted pork), both meat are tender enough. Love the crunchiness of the pork skin. But the goose skin not crispy enough for my liking. Overall is a good choice.

Boiled Cabbage with Fish Soup . Fresh vegetables and the soup are great. This is the dish that I can repeat order again and again. Yummy yummy yummy.

Almond Sweet Soup for dessert. not very sweet. It is smooth but not for my liking, I prefer more coarse and nutty textured.

Definitely will visit again for their other dishes or morning dim sum.
