Bing Chillin Puchong Tirabingsu

Bingsu

Description

What Chiefeater VK Ordered at Bing Chillin Puchong

Dropped by the newly opened Bing Chillin Puchong with Chiefeater David Oh, and the first thing that caught my eye in their menu was their tiramisu bingsu named Tirabingsu. While waiting for the arrival of the bowl, I found out that they originate from Melbourne with 4 outlets there already. The Malaysian founders wanted to bring it home to Malaysia and Puchong became their kick off point.

The Tirabingsu arrived in an impressive bowl. You can see it in comparison to the size of my hand. Most people will want to share this, because the portion borders on comically generous in the best way possible.

How the Tiramisu Bingsu Ate

The Tirabingsu flavours were well balanced: the cocoa dusting was fragrant, the cream layer was smooth, and the shaved ice inside soaked up the espresso notes without turning watery. The middle was packed full of finely shredded, espresso-soaked ice that gave it that satisfying spoon-through texture.

Despite the size, it didn’t feel heavy or overly sugary. The cocoa on top added a lovely aroma and a touch of depth, making the whole thing feel more like a proper dessert rather than a novelty item.

Shop Vibes

The vibe of the shop made the experience even better — warm colours, cute seating corners, and a modern Korean-inspired café layout that feels intentionally cosy.
