Sang Har Mee
Oh Yeah Kopitiam has brought its famous Sang Har Mee (Freshwater Prawn Noodles) to Bandar Puchong Jaya. Their claim is this is the best SHM in the Klang Valley. While the claim of being “the best” may be subjective, the dish undoubtedly offers some good value for Sang Har Mee in the Klang Valley.

The Big Head Prawn Noodle features prawns that are fresh, firm, and have a good bite, avoiding the common pitfall of being mushy. However, the egg-based gravy was a bit bland, which unfortunately did not enhance the crispy noodles beneath.

I had the Ipoh White Coffee which was not to my liking either.
Big Head Prawn Noodle (M): RM17.80
Ipoh White Coffee (Hot): RM4.20
Total inclusive of service charge: RM24.20
Score: 7.33/10
M – Meal Value
At under RM20 for a medium-sized plate of Sang Har Mee, this establishment provides exceptional value. While the gravy lacked depth, the quality and portion of the prawns make it an economical choice for this typically premium dish.
Score: 8.0/10
V – Venue & Vibes
The kopitiam has a lively, modern air-conditioned environment that is well-suited for a casual lunch. It is clean and straightforward, focusing on efficient service to handle its popular specialty items.
Score: 7.5/10
X – X-Factor
There isn’t a definitive X-factor in the taste department.
Score: 6.5/10
