乌卤音的面食春节期间没开档，想吃卤面的瘾一来挡不住，只好转个方向，直接杀上 Batang Kali 找解药 😋
这次来到当地人熟门熟路的老字号
佳兴卤面海鲜饭店
Wu Luyin’s noodles are not open during the Spring Festival. I couldn’t stop my craving for braised noodles, so I had to change direction and go directly to Batang Kali to find the antidote.
This time I came to an establishment that the locals are familiar with, Restoran KH.

我们点了几样招牌暖胃组合：
🍜 乌卤音卤面 —— 浓稠卤汁依旧是灵魂，配料满满
🥢 广府鸳鸯 —— 滑蛋河 + 炸面双拼口感
🐟 鱼头米粉 —— 奶白汤头鲜甜顺口
🧆 炸鱼饼 —— 外脆内弹，鱼香十足
虽然不是原本锁定的那一档乌卤音，
We ordered a few signature stomach-warming combinations:
🍜 Black Braised Noodles – Thick marinade is still the soul and full of ingredients
🥢 Guangfu Yuanyang – Huadan River + fried noodles with a double taste
🐟 Fish head rice noodles – milky white soup is sweet and smooth
🧆 Fried fish cakes – crispy on the outside and elastic on the inside, full of fish flavor

但这一餐也算是“卤面替代方案”的惊喜收获。
有时候，美食路上就是这样——
计划赶不上嘴馋，
却往往吃出另一种满足 ❤️
Although it is not the level of Wuluyin,
But this meal can also be regarded as a surprise gain from the “braised noodle alternative”.
Sometimes, the food road is like this –
