Our 1st meal of the day. Yummy Thai beef boat noodles at Thong Smith Central World.
The beef was tender, the beef balls bouncy and the soup was so full of flavour! The restaurant even gives refills of the soup so we each slurped 2 bowls of soup.
I don’t normally eat pork lard or pork crackling but the ones in Thailand are next level. Eaten on its own or dunked in the soup, it was sooo good!
Love it when I get to try delicious authentic Thai food!
