来到古晋，当然要跟着当地朋友吃最地道的味道！
这次朋友带我来到一家已经传承3代人的老字号餐馆——8林当园。这里是专做夜市生意，星期三休息，晚上来吃饭，满满都是本地人的烟火气。
老板娘推荐招牌 「芒果红皂鱼」 🐟
整条鱼先炸至香脆，再铺上芒果丝、大葱，淋上特调酸酱。酸酸甜甜又带点酱香，鱼肉外脆内嫩，越吃越开胃，真的很下饭！
来到古晋，怎么可以少了古晋特色蚝煎？
外围煎得香香脆脆，中间则保持软嫩，满满都是饱满的蚝仔，再点上特调鲜酱汁，鲜香又有层次，一口接一口停不下来！
还有砂劳越人熟悉的夜菜 Midin（野菜），当然要用最地道的红酒炒 Midin！简单的做法，却把Midin本身的爽脆和红酒香味带出来，这才是砂劳越的味道。
天气闷热，来一杯鲜甘蔗水解解渴，刚刚好！🥤
一桌家常好菜，一群老朋友，一边吃一边聊。。
