今天第二碗干盘面 🍜
筷子美食街，13号摊位「旺仔干盘面」！
今天晚餐又发现一个很特别的干盘面——「保卫尔肉碎干盘」Kampua Bovril！
看到“Bovril”三个字，小时候的回忆马上涌上来 😂
Bovril（保卫尔）是一种浓缩肉汁酱，味道咸香、带着浓浓的肉香，过去很多家庭都会拿来冲热水喝、拌粥或当调味料。
记得小时候吃白粥，没有保卫尔就好像少了灵魂！
白粥里挖一小匙保卫尔拌下去，那一碗粥马上变得特别香，小时候还觉得——这就是世界上最好吃的粥！🤣
所以看到这里竟然把保卫尔加入干盘面，再搭配肉碎，这种创意面档，当然要帮衬！
面条干香爽口，肉碎带着保卫尔独有的咸香和肉味，捞匀以后，每一口都是熟悉的童年味道。
没想到小时候用来拌白粥的保卫尔，今天竟然变成了保卫尔干盘面！
今天第二碗干盘面，吃的不只是面，是小时候的味道 ❤️
