Simanggang has another delicious little stir-fried restaurant called 99 Seafood Simanggang. The stir-fried noodles with minced meat are very hot, and the oil in the minced meat seeps into the noodles, which is really fragrant. Boiled noodles and Fuzhou fried noodles are also Sarawak’s authentic specialty noodles, each with different flavors.
