Seafood
I have always loved the clams in Cajun sauce that come in a thick plastic bag. You eat with plastic gloves and toss the shells in a bucket. A plastic bib and paper towels help, but it’s a messy business. A boiled potato is added to the bag. Shrimp, mussels, and crab legs could be added to make up a combo to share with others if they also want a seafood boil. That’s what we had at Aqua Boil.

This is the best seafood boil in Hell’s Kitchen. Hands down. And I’ve had many – from Boston MA to NYC. The secret sauce, literally, is that it’s run by (all) Thais. My goodness! Memories of gumbo and jambalaya in New Orleans in the 90s come rushing back. But this time, only better. Much much better.
We had the king crab, clams and lobster in cajun and lemon garlic sauces.

The clams came out so good we got another order in Thai Tomyum sauce. No regrets move.

Happy hour Pinots and Sauv Blancs with copious amounts of the freshest seafood.
What’s there not to like during -9c in winter?
This was a 7.5/10 experience overall. There’s nothing to fault. Nothing. Chiefeater Susan knocks it out of the park again. USD224 (SGD300) for 4 pax.
