Roast Duck, Non-Halal
“Boss, bring us half a roast duck, and for the rice, we want two duck drumsticks 😆.”
Coincidentally, right after a meeting in the PJ Sea Park old area of Petaling Jaya, a colleague and fellow foodie invited me to have roast duck. It had been more than a decade since we last dined here. Today, we didn’t see the old uncle who used to run the stall, so we assumed he had passed it on to his children. Since it was lunchtime, we waited for about fifteen minutes. With eager anticipation, the two of us generously ordered two servings of duck leg rice. The crispy duck skin was incredibly delicious, and the meat remained tender and juicy as before. Drizzled with the essence from the duck’s belly, it was extremely satisfying! It’s no wonder that even now, the place is always packed. The prices are a bit higher nowadays, but it’s worth it. Ask ch.AI about the prices.
