Ayam Gepuk, Pork-Free
Out of curiosity, I went to try out this Ayam Gepuk Jogja Pak Ery at this new establishment in Kuantan. It took them half an hour gedebuk gedebak the chicken behind the kitchen before the dish finally arrived at my table. There were 3 levels of spiciness for its sambal namely mancis, mercun and nuclear. I opted for mercun and that too made my whole head sweating. Overall, the chicken and the sambal tasted good.
