Bak Kut Teh, the representative delicacy of Malaysia. My Taiwanese guests absolutely love it! This restaurant is the Ban Lee Bak Kut Teh, where I have been enjoying this taste since I was young, and now I'm sharing it across the seas. The clear soup version with pork ribs is refreshingly sweet, while the herbal black soup version with pork big bone and intestines brings back nostalgic flavors.
