Menya Appare Starling Mall Ramen
Japanese, Ramen, Non-Halal
- RM20 - RM50 per pax
Chiefeater Gwen Iverin and her friends caught up over lunch with some good ramen at Menya Appare Starling Mall
Western, Non-Halal
Breakfast at Bistro Monologue featured a promising start with their Bacon Muffin with Egg (RM15.90). The muffin bread itself was well-crafted, offering a soft yet structured base. They confirmed it's still something they bake in-house. For those who like their bacon crispy, then that's how they cook it here. I actually don't like it crispy.
However, the portion size of the bacon left something to be desired. While the quality was evident, the serving was too modest, especially for those seeking a hearty breakfast. A more generous portion of bacon would have elevated the dish and made it more satisfying. It almost felt like I was having bacon bits.
Good coffee.
Bistro Monologue serves a nice light bite for the morning, but if you’re after a more filling start to your day, you may want to explore other options on their menu.
