Pork Knuckles
Brotzeit VivoCity needs no introduction. Brotzeit introduced German weissbiers into the country quite a while back. It’s a regular haunt for German and European expats throughout the years. They serve the best German sloshes in town – that’s a given. But it’s their pork knuckles that steal the show. You’d see at least one of these on each table.

They’ve a couple of outlets across the island – but their VivoCity branch is the OG.
For the past 2 decades when we think sausages, pork knuckles and beer – this is it. Well, there’s the local offering Harry’s as well – but when you want German authenticity, nobody beats Brotzeit. It’s packed as you can imagine during happy hours and weekends for their roasts.
Goes without saying their beer offerings are their trump cards.
