Old timers in Butterworth will know of Cafe Sin Wah and the Hokkien Mee which have been around for ages. The kopitiam is located in a "Shack" along the busy Raja Uda that somehow time has left behind. Some parts is obviously old, some parts have been upgraded which makes it a interesting place. The location is next to Taman Anggerik along the busy Raja Uda.
Open for breakfast the Hokkien Mee (Penang Version or what is called Har Mee or Prawn Mee in KL), the stall is obviously very popular. They charge above the market price. However they make up for it by the having extra goodies. Optional add osn are also available. Heavenly taste!
Drop by at Cafe Sin Wah after 9 am, you will find sharing this location is the current location of the famous Green Lane Nasi Lemak. It is now known as May Nasi Lemak after being transplanted to this side of the Straits.
