Canton Paradise MBS Dim Sum
Chiefeater Patrick Sato Lee had dim sum with friends at Canton Paradise MBS in Singapore

Porridge, Street Food
Classic Penang-style Cantonese 豬腸粥 (Chee Cheong Chok) or “pig mixed congee”—a silky, slow-cooked congee loaded with boiled pig intestines, stomach, pork slices, pig blood curd (optional) at Chowrasta Pork Porridge. Generously topped with crispy deep-fried intestines (this makes it uniquely Penang) , seasoned with white pepper. It is one of Penang’s iconic Cantonese breakfast dishes.
Unfortunately due to painstaking work required to prepare the ingredients and slow cooking of the congee, this breakfast may soon be a thing of the past.
Currently am aware of only 2 places that still sell this at Chowrasta market area.
Tuesday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
07:00 am to 11:00 am
Closed on Monday and Friday
