Chinese, Steamed Fish Head, Non-Halal
Having heard from friends about a nice hidden steam fish restaurant in Dengkil, today I had the chance to try it out. The restaurant is slightly off the main road of Dengkil, occupying 2 shop lots. We arrived quite early, so we were the only customer. There were numerous photos of the foods which was proudly display on the walls of the restaurant.

We ordered their signature steamed fish head, Mongolian pork ribs, braised pork with yam and onion fried eggs.

The fish head was steamed to perfection , with a slightly sweetish soya sauce, topped with a sprinkle of coriander. The fish head was fresh and firm.

Mongolian pork ribs cames with a flavourful creamy sauce, with a handful of aromatic curry leaves. The pork ribs was crispy on the outside, tender in the inside.

The alternating slices of braised pork belly and yam in a dark reddish sauce was yummy, with a whisk of Chinese wine. The yam was soft and powdery, the pork belly slices literally melt in your mouth.

Parking was aplenty, service was prompt and efficient, price was reasonable.
