Fine Dining, Wine, Pork-free
Since there was a tasting menu that was available at Entier, we decided to give it a go. The menu was a 7 course meal. Ingredients that made up the meal included truffles, caviar (locally sourced from Tanjung Malim), foie gras and even abalone (it is French fusion after all).
The price was impressive but the final impact a bit less so. Nevertheless there were some items that I liked. The Spanish mussel tarte was delightful. The asparagus & sweetbread was playful. The carrot cake, simply wonderful. So it was the start and end of the tasting menu that had me. At over RM700++ per pax, perhaps I should have ordered their ala-carte items instead.
A better way to start at Entier would be to sample their set lunches which are available on weekdays. It starts at RM128++ per pax for a 2 course meal.
