The well-known Lung Kee restaurant in Gohtong Jaya has opened a branch called Fung Kee or Fenix Restaurant 鳯记 on Old Klang Road.
闻名云顶半山的龙记餐馆,在旧巴生路开了间分行名为风记。。这里主打蒸河鲜和马草鸡料理,没想到这两道前菜脆香大肠和虾米鱼肚超级一流,爱食客必点港式蒸切块红尾巴丁鱼,鱼皮里的胶质非常嫩,淋上靓酱油,YYDS!
The specialties at Fenix Restaurant are steamed river fresh seafood and Ma Cao chicken dishes. Unexpectedly, their two appetizers, "Cui Xiang Da Chang" (crispy fragrant large intestine) and "Xia Mi Yu Du" (shrimp paste fish maw), are superb. Food enthusiasts must try their Hong Kong-style steamed sliced "Hong Wei Ba Ding Yu" (red-tailed garoupa). The collagen in the fish skin is exceptionally tender, and when drizzled with savoury soy sauce, it's absolutely fantastic!
