The Char Kuey Teow at Foo Kee Restaurant Desa Sri Hartamas has good flavour to it. The wok hei was certainly evident. I can understand why there’s a relatively long wait for it. Minus is there’s no fried lard or lap cheong in it. The prawn however was fresh and the cockles were served raw on the dish and cooked by the heat of the kuey teow. If only parking was not such a pain in this area.
