Discovered a local cafe, Great Nanyang Heritage Cafe Somerset, that serves delicious nasi lemak, good teh si and a nice instagramable wall. The fried chicken was crispy without being oily, the rice was fragrant with the aroma of pandan and the sambal had a deep and rich flavour. The teh si was good but the yin yang gao was even better!
It was so nostalgic seeing my childhood biscuits on the wall. Love the retro vibe and old Chinese music playing in the background. To top it off, it’s conveniently located at 111 Sommerset. Will definitely be back again.
