Here at Hing Kee Restaurant for an early dinner. Started in 1907, this shop has 117 years of wok hei under its belt. Now run by the 5th generation. This is a true passion of an artisan.

Braised rice with vege, shrimp and meat slices
Blanched kangkung with Chef Special shrimp paste. The paste is poured over the kangkung, instead of fried together. Best pair with white rice.
