Technically this is an ipoh style curry mee. creamy smooth curry with ‘white ‘ chicken cooked just nice (no bloody residue yet tender).
I enjoyed this though I will soon be in Penang for my favourite white curry mee which has a less creamy broth spiced up with their signature smoky sambal. This version has more curry paste/ turmeric. I must say I am totally satisfied with my choice this morning.
