Dinner at the recently opened Chinese Muslim eatery, Holo Shon at Taman Mount Austin, JB. We ordered 3 plates of Lanzhou Mutton Fried Noodle (on menu is beef but we requested to be replaced with mutton), a plate of Lanzhou Fried Slicing Dough (replaced with chicken meat), a plate of Chicken Potstickers, a plate of vege pancake and takeaway plastic bowl of boneless Mala Chicken Feet. The eatery gives a complimentary cup of Lanzhou SanPaoTai Tea with a flask of hot water for refill. We like the texture of the noodle and dough and they were well fried and tasty. But I would prefer the noodles to be less oily. Total cost is RM133.75.
