Set Lunch, Non-Halal
On recommendation, decided to try the lunch set value at Hookie Dookie Bar & Lounge Lalaport. I order the Chimichuri Lamb & Chicken (priced RM24.90), while wifey got the Creamy Salted Egg Dory (RM16.90). The lunch set came with a soup of the day (Tomyam), Dessert (Ice Cream) & a soft drink. The lamb & chicken was nicely grilled and surprisingly tender. The fish was delightful fresh and blended well with the salted creamy sauce.
Despite a heavy lunch crowd, the service was good - waiters were attentive & friendly while the kitchen kept the dishes flowing. The ambience was warm and inviting. Would recommend the place with two thumbs up for a cool relaxing affordable lunch.
