Yee Mee, Street Food
Credit to Chiefeater YH for discovering this (and many other gems). He just doesn’t write often. So here’s a download on his behalf. Not sure if it’s a franchise, but the one we had in SS2 hit all the right spots. There are quite a few pan mee fans in the family, so the fact Jeng Pan Mee weighs in at 7/10 is quite significant.
This definitely fares better than the Beauty Pan Mee in Old Town (for me)
The choice of noodles is expansive – thick, thin and pinch.
The noodles are springy with a serious bite.

The fried dumplings and foochok was excellent at 7.5/10

The suigow especially was memorable
Jeng Pan Mee provides a comfy ambience for diners to wolf down their piping hot claypots. Yes we found the claypot yee mee to be a standout at 7.5/10
Strangely, their signature pan mee is not served in claypots. Only the laoshufen and yee mee, which made it obvious for claypot lovers like myself. I simply think things cooked in earthenware comes out on top.
Good place for a comfort bowl of noodles (pan mee or otherwise), and to enjoy claypot umami-ness.
