Had a very yummy high tea at JUMBO Seafood ION Orchard with my makan kaki. If you prefer more savouries than sweets, Jumbo is definitely the place to go. Instead of the usual cakes, scones and sandwiches that you get from a typical high tea, Jumbo’s offerings consist of chilli crab meat with mantou, crispy fried baby squid, cereal prawns, abalone with fragrant rice and lots of other savoury dishes. The only 2 sweets were the yam ice cream and chilled lime jelly. It was a taster of their main dishes done up high tea style. Definitely in our top 10 list.
