传统巴东美食一应俱全,从经典的仁当牛肉、仁当鸡,到香辣诱人的辣椒炸鸡和香料炸鸡,每一道菜都充满了浓郁的香料风味。还有咖喱牛筋,咖喱牛蹄,亚三鱼,黄咖喱,简直让人选择困难!不止如此,喜欢豆腐和蔬菜的朋友更可以尝试Tempe豆腐,Ulam生菜等接近50样菜肴,想吃什么,随心搭配。
这里的吃法也很随性,自助式挑菜,早上10点起就开始上菜,慢慢地人潮也涌现。堂食和打包都行,坐下后,老板娘会随手递上一张写着总价的小纸条,饭后再付款。这种自在的用餐方式,让人感到像在家里一样轻松自在。
今天我的这一餐总共RM17,搭配了香料炸鸡,咖喱牛筋,辣椒茄子,Tempe豆腐炒马铃薯,还有马铃薯炸球,加上一杯清爽的柠檬茶,绝对超值!每一道菜都充满了香料的浓郁味道,尤其是香料炸鸡,外皮香脆,肉质嫩滑,咖喱牛筋更是软糯弹牙,每一口都是满满的满足感。
如果你爱吃巴东餐,这家店绝对是不容错过的选择。




If you are near the Malay Kampong in Sungai Buloh, don’t miss Kak Anne Masakan Padang (opened in 2007), a Padang roadside restaurant full of Indonesian flavor. Although this small shop is low-key, it has a Google rating of 4.4 and has long been regarded by locals as a hidden gourmet treasure. Not only are there a lot of choices here, they are also surprisingly affordable!
Traditional Padang delicacies are available, from the classic beef rendang and chicken rendang to the spicy and tempting chilli fried chicken and spice fried chicken. Every dish is full of rich spice flavor. There are also curry beef tendons, curry beef trotters, asam fish, and yellow curry. It’s really hard to choose! Not only that, friends who like tofu and vegetables can also try nearly 50 dishes such as Tempe tofu, Ulam lettuce, etc. You can mix and match whatever you want.
The way of eating here is also very casual, with self-service selection of vegetables. The food starts to be served at 10 o'clock in the morning, and gradually the crowds begin to arrive. Both dine-in and take-out options are available. After you sit down, the lady boss will hand over a small piece of paper with the total price written on it, and you will pay after the meal. This comfortable way of dining makes people feel as relaxed and comfortable as at home.
My meal today totaled RM17, which came with spiced fried chicken, curry beef tendon, pepper eggplant, Tempe tofu fried potatoes, and fried potato balls, plus a cup of refreshing lemon tea. It was definitely worth it! Every dish is full of the rich flavor of spices, especially the spice fried chicken, which has crispy skin and tender meat, and the curry beef tendon is soft and chewy, making every bite full of satisfaction.
If you love Padang food, this restaurant is definitely not to be missed.
