and uncle roger fuiyoh egg fried rice is RM18.00 (basic one, right?) at a premium place (air ond), with a famous name as him – and yet people complained his fried rice is expensive. tsk tsk.
anyway this is vietnamese fried rice at ‘little saigon’ a restaurant at lorong slim, near my house. it has carrots, siew bak (roasted pork), lap cheong (chinese sausage) and prawns that were cut into small pieces. topped with fried eggs and tomato, cucumber. the rice comes in a big serving too.
