Mr ‘Wok Hei’ cook this three dishes at Lok Pin Cafe. Very yummy n delicious for only RM35.00. Very reasonably priced.
Wok Hei literally ‘breathe of the wok’ refers to the distinct charred and smoky flavour resulting from stir-frying foods over an open flame in Cantonese cuisine.
