Bak Kut Teh, Street Food, Non-Halal
After an evening appointment we wondered what and where to eat. Turned to our trusted Chiefeater.com again and seek out Madam Tay Bak Kut Teh at Sea Park. It did not disappoint at all. The broth of the Bak Kut Teh is so good that I would be satisfied by just drinking it alone, hot and nice. The single portion of RM25 per pot is well stuffed with meat that it filled both my wife and me to the brim. We enjoyed with yao cha koah (youtiau) and it’s onion oiled rice and white rice.

The minimal use of tong kuai means the broth is not over powering. The flavour is very well balanced. Without any use of MSG ensure that the sweetness and umami taste comes from pure ingredients and thirst free after meal.
Madam Tay’s friendly son served us personally! Great customer service!
