Chiefeater Kane Chong explored Bistro Monologue in Bukit Puchong for dinner, music, and a surprisingly solid night out

Wantan Mee, Non-Halal
On a cool rainy evening I had the pleasure of visiting this newly opened shop located at a quiet neighbourhood of Puteri 7, Bandar Puteri Puchong. It is well known for its Wan Tan Noodles Soup, also known as Sai Yong Noodles.

It is recommended for first timers to try the Noodles Soup first and then the dry one. It came in a bowl of Bamboo Noodles in a golden broth fish soup, with Prawn wantan and generous amount of Chives Shoot and Shrimp Roe, typical Hong Kong Macau style. I particularly liked the wantan with fresh whole prawn rather than minced. The homemade chilli oil drops added the extra flavour umph to the soup.

To top it up, we enjoyed their signature Pickle Coffee which has got the unique taste.

I must commend the chef owner, Edward Mak, for his passion in bringing the perfect flavour of Wantan Noodles Soup at its best to his customers.
Parking is easily available in the evening unlike the early part of the day.
