The famous seafood porridge has become one of the signature local delicacies in Matang. When it comes to Matang, people naturally associate it with seafood porridge. The seafood in the restaurant is directly supplied by the fish village in this area, ensuring freshness.
The broth here is made from pork bones and freshwater anchovies, seasoned only with salt and soy sauce from Kuala Sepetang. You can taste the hometown flavor of Teochew seafood porridge in Matang right here.
