炒鱼腩
用龙虎斑鱼腩切块,先炸后焖,带点酱油香气,外酥内嫩,鱼油香直接爆开,超级下饭。
Stir-fried Fish Belly: Using chunks of Tiger Grouper belly, it’s first fried and then braised. It carries a hint of soy sauce aroma, crispy on the outside and tender inside. The richness of the fish oil simply explodes, making it a perfect companion for rice.

海鲜鱼面汤
这一碗真的诚意满满:鱼漂、鱼面、鱼饼、鱼丸、番茄、豆腐…
重点是那锅用鱼骨慢熬的汤头,清甜鲜美,完全是“喝得到海味”的级别。
Seafood Fish Noodle Soup: This bowl is truly full of sincerity: fish maw, fish noodles, fish cakes, fish balls, tomatoes, tofu… The highlight is the broth slow-cooked with fish bones; it’s sweet and fresh, reaching the level where you can truly “taste the sea.”

炸腐竹
外皮酥脆,里面塞满厚厚鱼肉馅,一口咬下去是扎实的鲜甜感,这个必须点!
