Peppery Thai Bistro Siam Paragon Dinner
Thai, Non-Halal
Chiefeater Patrick Sato Lee enjoyed a very yummy dinner at Peppery Thai Bistro Siam Paragon
Steaks, Non-Halal
Meat Feds by Chef Yenni Law What an interesting restaurant for diners. Bright simple settings, interesting menu, friendly and lively team crew. Most importantly the dishes, the foods, the meals, the cuisines there are soooooo Delicious. Special .Yummy. Flavourful. Amazing.Delightful. Speechless. Unforgettable.
We 2 persons ordered 6 dishes
1) Cauliflower bacon soup - RM12+
Simple and light flavour . Is good but the texture of the cauliflower is a bit soft. If can be a bit crunchy better. And I think I can easily overcome it.
3 stars.
2) Poison Pork - RM33+
Caramel of roasted pork with garlic and of course CRUNCHY . Love the flavour and the texture. The pork roasted in perfection. So crunchy, easy to bite even got the music when you bite it. The flavour so good - the bitter, the sweetness all combined. The sticky stick taste.
5 stars.
3) Charred Octopussy - RM12+
Chargrilled tentacles of octopus sprinkled with numb tongue spice. This dish gave me a shout. Love the natural smell. Simple grilled with natural smell and some simple spice. Already mind blown.
5 stars.
4) Tuna-sing - RM48+
Star dish of the day. My brain really singing when I eating this. Saku AA tuna laced with yuzu purée, top with sea grapes . The texture are so fascinating it just melts when you put into your mouth. And the flavour, so complicated yet . From your eyes. Nose, mouth, throat ,it all clicked and I’m going wild. Still can’t forget the sea grapes raining inside your mouth.
5 stars
5) Angus Newport taster portion 125gm - RM61.50
Newport cut is a very flavourful steak. Boasting a nice beefy taste and tender chew. Although is a lean cut of meat, it does have a decent amount of fat. Offering a bit of buttery taste. It does take to a marinade nicely. And therefore will adopt the flavours of the ingredients.
Enjoy it very much.
5 stars
6) Wagyu bavette taster portion 125gm RM149+
Marbling 10, Kobe DNA. Wagyu characteristics , buttery and beefy. It’s the belly of the cattle .
Really really enjoy tremendously.
