You Fu Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle is Still as Good

Chiefeater Eddie Low still finds Singapore fried hokkien mee at You Fu Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle still as good as he remembers it

Japanese, Ramen, Non-Halal
Dinner at Menya Appare Gardens. This is the spicy tonkotsu ramen. Spice kick is good. I ordered hard texture noodle. Up to my expectation. Soup is ok but I feel can be less oily. Char Siew is the highlight. It really melts in the mouth as they claimed.

Whole Chicken Leg ramen. The small piece of meat that I tasted was ok but not really tender. It’s special though since not many places have this option. However, I feel their black garlic broth still not as good as Menya Shi Shi Do’s.

It is a good thing they have half noodle and full noodle portion. We went with the half one to avoid being loaded with carbs.
